Mrs. Adesina Helen Titilayo was born on 19th April, 1966 in Itapa-Ekiti, Ekiti State. She finished her Secondary School Education at Itapa/Osin Community Comprehensive High School, Ekiti in 1985, thereafter proceeded to Ogun State College of Education (Now Tai- Solarin College of Education) in 1989 for her National Certificate in Education (NCE).
For her Tertiary Education, She obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 2008 after which she obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.Sc. Management) from the University of Lagos in 2015.
She began a career in Public Service as a Master Grade III Teacher at Ayetoro Grammar School, Ebute-Meta, Lagos in 1991 from which she rose to the post of Assistant Director of Education at Education District 1 HQ, Agege, Lagos.
Mrs. Adesina while in the Education sector, was in charge of the Hon. Oluremi Tinubu’s thirty (30) hour Community Service in schools for District one. She was also the officer in charge of the “Be Road Friendly” BRF Essay Competition, LASTMA Road Advocacy Programme(Agege, Ifako-Ijaiye and Alimosho Zones of District one). Due to her outstanding performance on the programme, she travelled to London with her Students to under study the U.K transportation system and no doubt has added to the effective transportation system of Lagos State. She was later deployed to the mainstream of the Public Service in 2017.
She rose to become the Director, Department of Commerce in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives.
Mrs. Adesina is happily married with three wonderful Children.
